The choice of appropriate materials is paramount importance in realizing a high efficiency perovskite solar cell. Lead free eco-friendly cell architecture theoretically investigated using capacitance simulator (SCAPS) for device performance. Preliminary investigations on Cs2SnI6 architectures have indicated that the presence hole transport layer crucial achieving an open-circuit voltage greater than 0.6 V. valence band offset between absorber and has significant detrimental impact short-circuit current density fill factor A novel employing TiO2 as electron material Cu2O proposed to overcome limitations associated with designs. Theoretical are carried out 1D SCAPS simulation program order optimize structure by varying thickness, bandgap, defect concentration. after optimization practically realizable power conversion 17.77%.
